In Short
The old MKB Digiwerkplaats website left users confused: messaging was unclear, hierarchy was missing, and navigation often led people astray. They asked for a website that not only fixes these issues but also reflects their brand and communicates with clarity.
My Role
I performed extensive user research through interviews and desk research from which I created personas that I validated in a focus group session with different stakeholders. During the design phase I took on the role of project manager. I successfully created an estimation, guided my team from creative exploration to production style execution and delivered a client pleasing design on time.
